Karma Liv-in is a stunning Victorian home, providing residential care for five adults, accepting all mental and physical health conditions. With fully qualified staff having years of experience, we offer the same quality of care you'd receive at home. Our small homely orientated environment means everybody is welcomed and loved. Due to our small capacity we truly narrow down on making a house a home for your loved ones. Allowing residents to customise their own rooms, have a say in whats on the menu, and enjoy their preferred shows on our premium 75" inch Smart TV.

Centered right in the heart of our community, we are within walking distance to the Exchange shopping centre, and a stones throw away from the largest green space in our borough - Valentines Park. Boasting a hail and service outside our Care Home, we are 5 minutes from Ilford Station, and 25 minutes from Liverpool St Station. With free onsite parking available, visiting your loved one has never been so hassle-free.

At Karma Liv-in, we try our best to make you feel at home. We understand spending quality time is important to you and so we have a conservatory, outbuilding and a furnished garden for you to relax and enjoy. With rooms available, we welcome you to enquire and schdeule a viewing of our Care Home, allowing you to see for yourself the house we are proud to call a home !
